Our basic plans start at $109/week for 10 total meals, and go up from there
New Members enrolled BEFORE 3:00 PM. on Thursday will start receiving meals the following Monday.

New members enrolled AFTER 3:00 PM. on Thursday will start to receive meals on the SECOND Monday following their sign up date.

Please note that Meal Selection is available from Sunday at 12:00 PM until Thursday at 3:00 PM, for the following week. If you do not select your meals by that time, our chef will automatically choose your meals for you, ensuring that you don't receive meals with any of the dislikes or allergies noted in your account.
Fresh Meal Plan is a weekly recurring service and we require payments to be made with a credit or debit card. Payments are automatically processed each Friday before the week of service.
Login to your online customer portal and select the dates you would like to freeze. We will look forward to your return.
Once you have selected your meal plan type, login and choose from all of our meal plans and fully customize week to week however your goals and taste buds desire.

Account Changes

You may freeze your account by contacting Customer Care no later than Thursday 3:00 PM before the effective week. Call us at 855-373-7467 or email customerservice@freshmealplan.com. Include your name or client ID, the date you would like your last delivery, and the date to resume delivery.
Since each person’s meal plan is specific to each individual, we suggest one person per account. Every client will have a unique account number that is used to identify the account, as well as a username and password specific to your plan type that will allow you to choose meals.

Fresh Meal Plan is proud to offer convenient week-to-week flexibility. In order to provide you the freshest product possible, it is necessary that we have a deadline. We must be notified of any changes you wish to make to your plan by NO LATER than Thursday at 3:00 PM before the applicable week. This includes freezes, cancelations, and changes to your meal plan. Requests made after Thursday 3:00 PM will be effective for the following week.


Yes! Containers and ice packs can be rinsed and recycled or reused at your discretion. The gel in our ice packs is non-toxic, water soluble, and biodegradable. We encourage you to reuse the ice packs; however disposing of them is as easy as cutting them open, flushing the contents down the sink or drain, and recycling the bag.
If you forget to leave your empty bag out before your delivery, please leave it out before your next scheduled delivery. Bags unreturned within a week’s span may be subject to a non-refundable $10 bag fee.
Meals in clear containers are intended to be eaten cold and should not be microwaved in the container provided. Meals, snacks, and breakfasts in black containers can be heated in the microwave by cracking the lid and heating for 1-2 minutes. Snacks can be eaten cold or heated depending on the snack and your preference. To heat in the oven, just remove the lid and any sauce container and bake at 250 degrees for no more than 15 minutes. If heating in a toaster oven, we recommend placing your meal in your own toaster-safe container. Signature Meals can be heated in the same way, but make sure to remove the lid completely.
Each and every item we produce comes with the macronutrients and details defining the specific ingredients displayed clearly on each package. You should be consuming a Fresh meal or a healthy choice every 3-4 hours depending on your health and fitness goals. You can decide which meal to eat for lunch and dinner. Snacks are the option for in-between meals. If you decide not to include breakfast in your plan, we suggest that you eat breakfast on your own within 45 minutes of waking up.


Fresh is currently delivering to all areas of Southeast Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties), Greater Orlando and Tampa areas, and now the Greater New York-New Jersey area as well as from Massachusetts down to Pennsylvania.

Meals can be picked up in Boca Raton, FL only.
Delivery window options depend on your area.

Palm Beach and Broward Counties (Florida) have the option to receive delivery between 7:00 PM-Midnight (EVE delivery), Midnight-7:00 AM (PM delivery), and 8:00 AM-1:00 PM (AM delivery).

Miami-Dade (Florida) has the option to receive delivery between Midnight-7:00 AM (PM delivery) and 8:00 AM-1:00 PM (AM delivery). All other region’s deliveries will be made between Midnight and 7:00 AM (PM delivery).

We do our best to inform you of any possible delays that may affect your delivery time. If your food does not arrive by your scheduled delivery window, give us a call at 855-373-7467 or email customerservice@freshmealplan.com as soon as possible. We require that we be notified the same day of the delivery in order to make sure to remedy the situation in the best way possible.
In order to ensure delivery is made to your door at your convenience, please either provide the gate or access code, or advise your guard gate that you will be receiving deliveries from Fresh Meal Plan on a weekly basis. Please keep in mind that we normally deliver in the middle of the night.
